Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)

DBT combines cognitive and mindfulness techniques to help regulate emotions, improve relationships, and manage distress. 

Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)

CPT is a structured form of cognitive therapy designed to help individuals process and recover from trauma by addressing unhelpful beliefs after the traumatic event.

Exposure Therapy with Systematic Desensitization

This approach gradually and safely exposes individuals to feared situations or triggers, helping to reduce anxiety and avoidance over time while learning to manage distress.

Mindfulness-Based Practices

Mindfulness involves increasing awareness of the present moment without judgment. These practices can help reduce stress, improve focus, and support emotional balance.

Other Modalities (when appropriate)

Treatment is individualized, and additional therapeutic approaches may be integrated when beneficial to best support each client’s unique goals and needs.
